HEALTH PROTOCOLS

CUT-OFF TIMES

*Runners not able to make the cut-off time in any of the cut-off stations will be required to hire a vehicle that will ferry them back to Kayapa Central School. Cut-off time is defined as the time you leave the station and NOT the time you arrive at the station. Also, those runners who choose to drop out (i.e. DNF) at any point of the race course outside of the cut-off stations must inform the Race Director immediately. These runners will be required to shoulder all expenses related to transportation.









DROP BAG STATION

Drop Bag Collection: May 18, Thursday, 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM / Kayapa Central School
1. Every runner is allowed TWO drop bags (one drop bag per drop bag station). Drop bag stations are: Babadak Aid Station and Castillo Aid Station.
2. Runners are advised to secure and label their bags properly to indicate their name, race number and the corresponding drop bag station to which these will be brought.
3. Bags must not weigh more than three kilos. Excess weight must be removed.
4. All drop bags will be ready for retrieval at the finish line after the race.
5. Unclaimed bags six hours after end of the race will be disposed of accordingly.
6. A baggage counter at the start/finish line will be available.
7. Support vehicles/crew are allowed only at (or within a 100m radius of) the designated aid stations and not elsewhere. Pop-up support stations are not allowed. Any individual, team or group wishing to act as support crew or race volunteer must request approval from the Race Director prior to deployment.

Inclusive of GPS Tracker, trail fees, event token, pre-race snacks and post-race meal. Official finishers will also receive a finisher’s buckle and hand-carved trophy.

IMPORTANT
GPS trackers are to be returned to the marshals upon finishing or DNF. Loss or damage will be for the account of the runners in the amount of PhP 7,500.00.

December 1, 2022- December 31, 2022 or while slots last, whichever comes first – 150 slots only. First-come, first-served. No reservations. NO onsite and late registration accepted.

- Write name, gender, birthday, nationality, and shirt size (see Asian sizing chart) AND qualifying race on the deposit slip, scan/photograph and email to [email protected] (Subject: 2020 H1). Additionally, all runners are required to submit a copy of any government issued valid identification bearing the name and photo of the participant. You may blur out all other details.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
For the safety and welfare of all those involved in this event, participants must meet the following requirements:
1. Every participant must be at least 18 years of age on race day. Those who will not be 18 years of age on race day must submit a signed parent’s or guardian’s consent.
2. He/she must have officially finished a 100-kilometer or longer trail ultramarathon (all results must be verifiable from the internet) OR he/she must have officially finished the 2019 Clark-Miyamit 50 Miles, or any other KOTM accredited 80-kilometer trail race held within the period stated below (please confirm with your respective organizers if their races have been accepted as qualifiers for 2023 H1).
3. Qualifying races must be completed in the period from May 1, 2019 – May 1, 2023.
4. All participants must abide by the Race Rules and Guidelines.
